Returns & Refunds

30-day guarantee
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. Items should be in resellable condition with original packaging where possible.
How to start a return
Email support@shoppemeister.com with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong. We'll reply with a prepaid return label.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of the return being scanned by the carrier. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Exchanges
Prefer a different product? Tell us in your return email and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the return is scanned—no waiting for the refund cycle.
Warranty claims
Every product carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty replacements are free and don't count against your 30-day return window.
