How we choose what we sell
- 1
We start with the daily annoyance
Scooping litter, patio doors held open, dark evening walks. If the problem isn't real, the product doesn't make the list.
- 2
We test in real homes
Every product spends weeks with real pets before it goes live—multi-cat households, big dogs, small apartments.
- 3
We stand behind it
30-day coverage on anything that arrives faulty, plus a 9-month limited warranty on the litter box, handled by a support team in the USA.
