Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm EST on a business day are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Standard US delivery arrives in 3–7 business days after processing. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take 7–14 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather events, carrier backlogs, and peak holiday periods can add a few days.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders over $50. Orders under that threshold are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If tracking hasn't updated within 72 hours, contact support and we'll chase it for you.

Lost or damaged parcels

Email support@shoppemeister.com within 14 days of the delivery date with photos where relevant and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then reach out — we'll help you locate it or make it right.

Address changes

If you entered the wrong shipping address, email support@shoppemeister.com as quickly as possible. We can update the address any time before the order ships; once a parcel is with the carrier, changes are no longer possible.
