Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm EST on a business day are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Standard US delivery arrives in 3–7 business days after processing. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders over $50. Orders under that threshold are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If tracking hasn't updated within 72 hours, contact support and we'll chase it for you.
Lost or damaged parcels
Email support@shoppemeister.com within 14 days of the delivery date with photos where relevant and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
